In September, NACHSA is partnering with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) to conduct its business meeting at APHSA’s fall conference. Slated for September 14-16, the APHSA conference is known for attracting key policymakers and staff from both Capitol Hill and within the administration. The sessions will include up-to-the-minute updates on federal legislative and regulatory activity and how those developments may affect human services administrators at the state and county level.

The APHSA conference will also offer NACHSA members the opportunity to network with their local counterparts who are members of APHSA’s National Local Council of Human Service Administrators. A session is scheduled during the conference for the groups to convene and discuss issues of mutual interest.
